Lock 3

Lock 3 is located next to the Akron Civic Theatre on Main street downtown and is Akron's home for summer and winter family-fun entertainment. Since it's opening in 2003, Lock 3 has hosted more than 2 million visitors. From May through September, Lock 3 features weekend concerts under the open skies, Akron's biggest festivals, a weekly farmers market, a large number of community events and hosts the City of Akron's official 4th of July fireworks display. Winter is a blast at Lock 3, with a host of attractions including Ohio's largest seasonal outdoor ice skating rink, Reindeer Run sledding hill, holiday shopping, a winter farmers market, Archie the Snowman and more. Winter at Lock 3 kicks off every year with the Downtown Holiday Lighting Ceremony exploding the night sky with fireworks.

Lock 4

The newly renovated Lock 4 features jazz concerts every Wednesday night from July 10th - September 4th starting at 7 p.m. New this year to Lock 4 are Gospel Sundays every Sunday evening from July 28th - September 1st at 5 p.m.
